PUMPS — SUPPLY, REPAIR, FIELD SERVICE & UPGRADES

We supply and service fresh water and waste water pumps across KwaZulu-Natal. Our field teams conduct on-site repairs, pump upgrades, and full replacements — including screw pump installations for eThekwini Water and Umgeni Water. We operate 24/7 to minimise downtime.

FLOW METERS — SUPPLY, REPAIRS, VERIFICATION & INSTALLATION

We supply and install the full spectrum of flow measurement technology: Mechanical, Electromagnetic, Ultrasonic, Insertion, and Open Channel flow meters. We have installed ABB MagFlow, Siemens Sitrans, and battery-powered meters for eThekwini Water, Umgeni Water, Abaqulisi Municipality, and KCDM.

LASER ALIGNMENT
SHAFT & BELT

Precision laser alignment for horizontal and vertical rotating equipment eliminates vibration, reduces energy consumption, and extends equipment lifespan. We have performed laser alignment for uMkhanyakude Municipality at Eshowe and other industrial sites.

CONDITION MONITORING — VIBRATION ANALYSIS & THERMOGRAPHY

Our technicians conduct vibration analysis and infrared thermography on rotating equipment to detect early-stage faults before they cause failure. We have delivered condition monitoring at Glendale Hospital, Umgeni-Uthukela WPS, and other facilities.

BALANCING
IMPELLERS, FANS & ROTORS

Dynamic balancing of impellers, fans, and rotors is performed to reduce vibration, improve efficiency, and protect bearings and seals on pumps and other rotating machinery.

FABRICATION
PIPES & BASEPLATES

Our workshop facility handles pipe fabrication and baseplate manufacture to support pump and flow meter installations. We have fabricated and installed mechanical level indicators for uMkhanyakude Municipality and ACSA King Shaka International Airport.
